GW Bar CK Breakout is a Half bred Simangus bull created by crossing 2 of the ‘alltime’ great Simangus bulls. His Sire, GW Premium Beef 021TS and Maternal Grand Sire, GW Predestined 701T. We initially used him based on his combination of high marbling and high growth, but it is his daughters that have really impressed us. They are moderate and deep bodied with nice type, they are hard working but always look well and their udders are well attached with small teats and ample milk.

Lancaster Magnum is a Pure Simmental, homebred CCR Cowboy cut son, out of our most powerful cow, LCS Strike J141. Magnum was retained in part due to his exceptional ability to lay down fat easily compared to his contemporaries of over 100 bulls including many SimAngus mates. His EPDs are elite for his growth traits, carcase traits and Stayability. Its rare to find a Pure Simmental that can combine extreme growth, marbling and maternal ability as this guy does.

Hooks Beacon is the ‘Carcase King’ that does a lot right. At top 1% for both Marbling and Rib-eye, his progeny are sure to impress both the processors and consumers of our end product. He is a true heifer bull with high growth to weaning and yearling. His daughters are very moderate with neat udders and his sons tend to be clean-fronted, stylish bulls with soft skin and hair types.

Lancaster High Profile H338 is a purebred bull we kept because he was so well put together; he is long, moderately framed and has perfect structure. He is proving to be a very useful purebred option in our program with his great calving ease and good growth. He sired the top selling bull in our 2016 sale.
